Anyone hunt the eastern part of this GMU along the pacific crest trail? Any luck? Planning to hunt it early archery, and would be cool if I could get some pointers on where to start looking, Thank You!

Seen more elk sign up there, but I don't want to pack an elk out that far. Also heard lots of bugles in late september

Yeah thats a tuff spot for deer but they are there. Seen some nice bucks in the wilderness but very hit and miss.

hunted it the last 2 years way to many people in there not many animals.

I was in there scouting last year during early bow season I only saw one hunter.
